The month of February is School Choice Open Enrollment month. At that time, parents may enroll their child for the 2008-2009 school year. Breakfast Point Academy, which is a new K-6 school, will open this fall. Every child has unique educational needs and today there are options to find the school that best meets those needs. School Choice gives children from kindergarten through 12th grade the opportunity to receive a quality education that promotes their individual talents and interests.

Parents may find out what school choice options are available for their child by contacting the Bay District Schools School Choice Office at 872-4328. Additionally, parents may pick up a Parent Selection Card at any area school or at the School Choice Office.
