State Support Employee of the Year!
Do you want to become familiar with APPS your child uses that may appear harmless?
If your child will be absent, please call the school or send a note so the absence will be excused. Four or more unexcused absences can keep a student from attending a dance or a reward trip.
Also, while those absences are excused, they are counted as an absence. Therefore, absences excused or not, do not constitute perfect attendance.

The AP/Attendance office now has a dedicated fax number for parents to fax doctor's notes and/or absence excuses. The number is 767-4007.
Connect with your child’s school by downloading Bay District Schools mobile app. The app features a news feed, event calendars, contact directory, quick links, pictures, and documents.
Our school collects box tops for education. If you have some, send them in a baggie with your child's name on it and turn in to the front office in the bin or have your child drop off the bag in Mrs. Westlake's (art) room.
You can also download the Box Tops app, which allows you to scan your receipts and automatically gives bonus box tops.

Suspicious Activity Reporting App
FortifyFL is a suspicious activity reporting tool that allows you to instantly relay information to appropriate law enforcement agencies and school officials.
All employees and agents of a public school district, charter school or private school have an obligation and legal responsibility to report misconduct by instructional personnel and school administrators which affects the health, safety or welfare of a student. Likewise, all parents, vendors and members of the public are encouraged to report any misconduct that may affect the health, safety or welfare of a student.
If you see something of concern on this campus please report it immediately, and confidentially, to the School Principal by calling 850-767-3976 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If, for some reason, you are not comfortable reporting this at the school level, please contact HR Director Sharon Michalik at 850-767-4278or via email at Michasj@bay.k12.fl.us
