Expectations

At Callaway students have expectations instead of rules.  Our three expectations for CES students are to show Responsibility, Tolerance, and Respect.  Each grade level or teacher has their own set of expectations, but below you can find some expectations we have for specific areas school wide.

Restrooms

Restrooms:  Teachers should encourage students to use the restroom before arriving at the Cafeteria.  For emergencies, their clip will be pulled indicating a visit to the restroom.


Responsibility

· Use the bathroom quickly.

· Take care of business and don’t play.

Tolerance

· Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself.

· Recognize other’s personal space.

Respect

· Keep the restroom clean.

· Use a whisper voice.


Cafeteria

Cafeteria:

Responsibility

· Raise your hand for help.

· Have all meal items before you sit down (lunch, utensils, condiments, snacks).

Tolerance

· Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself.

· Recognize other’s personal space and choices.

Respect

· Use a whisper voice.

· Keep the cafeteria clean.


Common Areas

Common Areas:  Not following expectations in all environments throughout campus could result in negative Dojo points and/or disciplinary action.


Responsibility

· Walk, don’t run.

· Always use your hall pass.

Tolerance

· Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself.

· Recognize other’s personal space and choices.

Respect

· Travel throughout campus quietly.

· Praise others for their positive  behavior.
