Tina Lambert

Mrs. Lambert is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. Mrs. Lambert has been a Bay District employee for 6 years and she is going into her 3rd year as a classroom teacher. Mrs. Lambert was born and raised in Panama City and feels a very strong connection to our community and influencing our future leaders in the classroom. Mrs. Lambert believes that every student has ability to succeed and an education is key to that success.
 

 


Malia Torres

Mrs. Torres was born and raised in Panama City, Florida. She attended Florida State University, and received her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education in 2014. She also received endorsements in Gifted Education, ESOL, and Reading. She has three years of experience working in second grade, but she is super excited to be moving up to fourth grade this year. Mrs. Torres absolutely loves teaching, and she hopes that she can make learning fun so that her students can discover a love for learning. Outside of school, Mrs. Torres enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, and their little boy, Luca (2). Together, they enjoy traveling, attending church, and playing outdoors!

Kayla Hood

Ms. Hood was born right here in Panama City, but moved away before she turned one. She was raised in Mayo, FL. Ms. Hood attended College at Lee University in Cleveland, TN. She absolutely loved Tennessee, but is a Florida girl at heart. Ms. Hood is not married or have any children of her own, but has worked with kids as long as she can remember. She has been a babysitter, a nanny, a substitute teacher, worked summer camp many years, and taught an afterschool art program prior to becoming a teacher. Outside of school Ms. Hood likes to spend time with friends and family, travel, and enjoy life.

Deborah Wade

Mrs. Wade is very excited to begin her 2nd year at Deer Point, 7th year teaching. She grew up in south Georgia and moved with her family to Florida in 2011, after earning a BS in Elementary Education from Armstrong Atlantic State University. She and her husband have been married for 14 years and have 3 amazing children: Sayla (12), Noah (11), and Judah (3). She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and days at the beach.

Tobi Lindsey

 Mrs. Lindsey has been with Bay District Schools for 22 years. She is a graduate of Auburn University. She is married with two children and two grand children.  Much of her free time is spent at sporting events and recitals.  Mrs. Lindsey has lived in Panama City Beach for almost 30 years. She is looking forward to teaching 4th grade math and joining the Angler family!
