Media Center

The media center offers the students access to a variety of books, and periodicals. At present time, there are over 12,000 titles. Nearly 2,800 of those titles are available with Accelerated Reader Quizzes. The center also has several computers and reference books for research purposes.
The center is open before and after school, and during in-school hours. Students can come with a class, or alone, as long as they have a pass. All students are permitted to check out a total of 3 books for a period of 2 weeks.
As a part of the state project, SUNLINK, we are able to access many media center collections throughout Florida, by the use of the internet. Therefore, expanding the resources for the students of Everitt Middle School.

WEMS Television

We have a school-wide television that serves Everitt Middle School students. The WEMS student and staff provides news, special events, as well as educational content, to the staff and students at Everitt each day.
SUNLINK enables you to search for materials based on Accelerated Reader levels.
