| Welcome
to Tom P. Haney Technical Center/Technical High School. The Center opened
its doors at this site in 1968 and is governed by the Bay District School
Board of Bay County, Florida. There are approximately 20 full-time day and
evening programs. The campus is located at the intersection of State Road
77 and Baldwin Road, just north of the Panama City Mall.
