Family and Consumer Science has numerous courses ranging from Parenting Skills to Food Production and Services. Any of these courses will prepare our students for obstacles that they will encounter in the real world. These courses, when taken sequentially, are designed to provide advanced experience for employment or continued education in the food industry. In addition to classroom experiences, students enrolled in these courses will have the opportunity to work as an intern in a local restaurant. At the work site, students will receive hands-on-training and evaluations from work site members.
