If you can stand the heat, we've got the kitchen…smoke, flames, and exotic spices are among the everyday items our future chef's use in class. A directed college prep program, the Culinary Arts Academy combines classroom instruction, lab work, and community service to prepare students for college, or careers in the food services industry.

Students in this program may to do internships and compete in local cooking competitions within a program that may include: baking, retail sales, catering, and business management. Though some of the work hours may be long, students who successfully complete the program will have the opportunity to go to GCCC, the Culinary Institute of America, Johnson & Wales, Le Cordon Bleu, and 10 other quality Culinary Arts colleges.

If you've ever dreamed of working with the top chefs in this area, or want a chance to cook for celebrities, artists, musicians, or politicians, then you may be what we are looking for.
