The Bay High Foundation Board of Directors meets September through May on the second Tuesday of the month at noon in the Red Room.. The board meetings are open. The annual meeting of the Foundation's membership the Red & White Dinner takes place in October and the Board invites all Bay High School Alumni, Faculty, Parents and Friends to attend.

Along with other groups, the Foundation members have spent many hours since August cleaning the grounds of the campus. The Foundation Board is also responsible for purchasing the Bay High shirts handed out to the faculty and staff prior to the first day of school.
