The Boys team finished 12th! The following individuals and relay team placed:

The boys 4 X 400 meter relay team placed third, the team members are: Gabe Holguin, Terrance Lowder, Demetrius Barnes, and Shaquille Adderley

Gabe Holguin places 3rd in the 1600 meter run and 6th in the 800 meter run

Deonte Dunklin placed seventh in the High Jump

Lawrence Williams placed 10th in the 110 High Hurdles

High Jump- 6’5’’- Deonte Dunklin (3^rd)

* Deonte (a junior) was the only Field athlete from Bay High who qualified for the State Championships.

110m High Hurdles- Lawrence Williams (4^th)

*Qualified for the State Championships after having surgery 3 weeks ago.

100m Dash- Ashley Mosley (5^th with a time of 12.57)

200m Dash- Demetrius Barnes (8^th with a time of 22.45)

400m Dash- Terence Lowder (5^th with a time of 49.81)

400m Dash- Shaquielle Adderly 7^th with a time of 51.13)

800m Dash- Sara Barwick 9^th with a time of 2:32

800m Run- Gabriel Holguin (1^st with a time of 1:55.94)

*Defended his Regional Title in the 800m. Set a new record for Bay High School. The only athlete from

Bay County who qualified for more than one event for the State Championships. (Qualified in 3

events)

1600 Run- Gabriel Holguin (3^rd with a time of 4:27.88)

*Qualified for the State Championships

Girls 4x400m Relay- 4^thwith a time of 4:03.03

*Qualified for the State Championships. (It has been several years since a girls’ relay team has qualified.)

On the 20^th of March Bay High hosted the North Florida Relays. Out of nine teams Bay placed 3^rd in the Boys (77points) and in 5^th place for the girls (58.5 Points). The following students exhibited outstanding performance during the track meet:

Kevin Russell: 1^st in the Long Jump

Russell Griffin: 2^nd in the Pole vault

Thomas Williams: 4^th in the Discus, 7^th in the Shot Put

Emery Coleman: 5^th in the 300m hurdles, and 8^th in the 110m hurdles

Deonte Dunklin: 5^th in the High Jump

Kyree Baxstresser 6^th in the High Jump

Girls:

Shytiarra Webb: 3^rd in the Discus, and 4^thin the Shot put

Ashley Mosely: 4^th in the High Jump

Mykesee Edwards: 4^th in the 300m Hurdles

Anissa Martin: 5^th in the Shot Put, and 7^th in the Discus

On the 6^th of March Bay High participated in the Jesse Forbes Invitational at Godby. The team came in 3^rd place in both the Girls (84 points) and Boys (79 Points). The following students exhibited outstanding performance:
