Important Immunization Information for the parents of all 6th grade students in Bay County Schools.  Please read this notice from the Bay County Health Department:

To the parents of 6th Grade Students: 

          Florida law mandates that all students entering the 7th grade must have a Tetanus Booster. 

          This shot is available at the Bay County Health Department at no charge or at your private physician's office.  After your child has received their shot, please return a completed Form 680 to your child's school.
