Celebrating 50 Years!

The 2007-2008 school years marks 50 years that our school has been open to educate children. A committee was formed to prepare for our 50th Year Celebration. Activities will take place the week of May 12-16, 2008. Our students will be taking a look at how life was 50 years ago. They will also be preparing a time capsule. The capsule will be placed in a memorial garden that has been established to honor former teacher Janice Sharp.

A Sunday afternoon reception was held May 18, 2008 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the school cafeteria. All present and former students, principals, teachers, staff, district personnel and the community were given a special invitation to come for fellowship, refreshments and to tour the school.
