The American Revolution
A "Revolting" Alphabet
Objective
The students will collect descriptive words and terms related to the American Revolution through the use of the Internet and, in the process, review concepts and terms introduced in the social studies unit.

Part I
Working with a partner, you will conduct a scavenger hunt on web pages dedicated to the American Revolution. You must find descriptive words and terms, one for each letter of the alphabet. During the scavanger hunt, you will record which web pages you used.
Part II
Your teacher will assign you one alphabet letter for which you will design a page for a powerpoint presentation. You must have a picture and a sentence using the letter.
