Dear Springfield Tiger Families,

We believe that all students have the right to learn, play and work in a school environment that is positive and free of disruptive behaviors. In order to achieve this goal, the administrators, faculty and staff at Springfield Elementary School have developed the Positive Behavior Intervention Plan. This plan identifies the expectations we have for students, teachers, support staff, administrators, parents, and community members while at our school.

Teachers and staff will teach, support and implement this plan along with the following programs and activities: Character Education, Daily Oral Language, Peer Mediation and Conflict Resolution.

Our Springfield Tigers are going to have another “GRRRREAT” year.
